Train Taekwondo Schools has been helping children, juniors and families grow in confidence, discipline and fitness since 2011. Led by Chief Instructor Gavin Cook (5th Dan Black Belt), we are proud members of the TAGB — the Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain and Europe's largest single martial arts organisation.

We offer two core programmes: our brain-based Ninja Skillz programme for children aged 3–7, and our Family Taekwondo classes on the full TAGB syllabus — where parents and children can train side by side.

Ninja Skillz Programme

A brain-based programme co-created with child development experts. Three age-specific tiers — Early, Basic and Core Skillz — designed to build confidence, focus and life skills through fun, structured classes.
