7th Kup — TAGB (ITF) Taekwondo
Welcome, Green Stripes! 👊 You've continued to build strong foundations in Taekwondo, and now you're approaching an exciting milestone. This stage of your journey is about refining your techniques, improving power and control, and showing a deeper understanding of TAGB (ITF) Taekwondo.
As you prepare for your Green Belt grading, focus on strong, well-balanced stances, sharper and more accurate blocks and punches, and improved coordination and timing. Your discipline, concentration, and attitude remain just as important — examiners want to see confidence, effort, respect, and determination.
Below is a grading video to help support your training at the club. Use it alongside your regular classes to revise your techniques, build confidence, and understand what will be expected of you on grading day. Remember, consistent effort, focus, and a positive mindset matter just as much as technical accuracy.
This is also a great time to start sparring, consider entering your first competition, and think about increasing your training to twice per week, as the syllabus begins to expand and techniques become more demanding. Extra training will really help your progress at this level.
