The Ninja Skillz programme is specifically designed for children aged 3–7 who are not yet ready for mainstream Taekwondo classes. Every drill, game and challenge is matched to your child's exact stage of brain development — co-created with child psychologists and development experts. It feels like play. But it's building their brain.
Every class your child attends is specifically designed for where their brain is right now — not where it was last year, and not where it will be next year.
At 3–4, children are still developing their motor skills and emotional regulation. They're wobbly, energetic and learning to follow instructions for the first time. Our Early Skillz classes build the foundations — balance, listening, coordination and confidence in a group setting.
At 5–6, children are starting school and learning to manage emotions, focus on tasks and break out of shyness. Basic Skillz builds the skills that carry directly into the classroom — self-belief, resilience and the ability to concentrate under pressure.
At 7+, children are bursting with energy and craving challenges — but they grapple with distractions, perfectionism and pushing past fear. Core Skillz builds the grit, concentration and agility that carries into school, sport and life.
