Welcome, Taekwondo Student! 👊 This stage of your Taekwondo journey is all about building strong foundations, developing good habits, and understanding the basic techniques of TAGB (ITF) Taekwondo.
As you prepare for your Yellow Stripe grading, focus on correct stances, basic blocks, punches, and showing good discipline and attitude. Remember — effort, focus, and a positive attitude are just as important as technique.
