8th Kup — TAGB (ITF) Taekwondo
Welcome, Yellow Belts! 👊 You've built a solid foundation in Taekwondo, and now it's time to take the next step forward. This stage of your journey is about developing stronger techniques, improving control, and showing a clearer understanding of TAGB (ITF) Taekwondo fundamentals.
As you prepare for your Green Stripe grading, focus on strong, correct stances, sharper blocks and punches, good balance, and improved coordination. Your discipline, concentration, and attitude are just as important — examiners are looking for confidence, effort, and respect as well as technique.
