9th Kup — TAGB (ITF) Taekwondo
Welcome, Taekwondo Student! 👊 You've already taken your first steps in Taekwondo, and now it's time to build on what you've learned. This stage of your journey is about improving your basics, sharpening your technique, and showing a stronger understanding of TAGB (ITF) Taekwondo.
As you prepare for your Yellow Belt grading, focus on clean stances, accurate blocks and punches, good balance, and controlled movement. Just as important are your discipline, concentration, and attitude — these are key qualities of a progressing martial artist.
Below is a grading video to help support your training at the club. Use it alongside your regular classes to revise your techniques, build confidence, and understand what will be expected of you on grading day. Remember, consistent effort, focus, and a positive mindset matter just as much as getting the techniques right.
Train hard, listen carefully to your instructor, and enjoy the process — you're moving forward on your Taekwondo journey! 🥋💛
Tick each item once you are confident you can perform it correctly. The progress bar tracks your practical skills — complete all of those to unlock the notification button. Theory and Korean sections are bonus items to help you prepare further. No excuses! 💪
