The TAGB Coloured Belt Grading on Friday 26th June is the next opportunity for all coloured belt students to progress to their next belt. Whether you're going for your first Yellow Stripe or pushing for your Red Belt, this is the moment all your training has been building towards.

The grading is only weeks away โ now is the time to push. Students who attend two classes per week in the final stretch arrive significantly more confident, more polished, and more prepared than those who only manage one. Even one extra session can make a real difference to how you feel on the day.
Want focused, personal coaching in the run-up to grading? Mr Cook is offering both virtual 1-2-1 sessions (available anytime online) and a series of in-person 1-2-1 sessions on the Sundays leading up to the grading. The Lincolnshire Taekwondo Championships is one of the best competitions of the year โ and it's the perfect first competition for any student who has never stepped onto the competition mat before. Held at Grantham Meres Leisure Centre, it's a well-run, friendly event that always draws a big crowd and a fantastic atmosphere.
Train Taekwondo Schools โ representing York, East Yorkshire and Beverley โ has a proud history at the Lincolnshire Championships. Over the years our students have stood on the podium time and time again across patterns, sparring, and destruction categories. Here's a flavour of what our squad has achieved:
Multiple gold medals across junior and senior age groups โ our students consistently deliver clean, powerful patterns under competition pressure.

We regularly field one of the largest squads at the event โ and our team spirit is second to none. The Lincs Champs is always a highlight of the year.
